ETRUSCA: A fresh approach for an emerging auction

3

A new type of Auction is coming to the streets of Chelsea this summer. More auction luxury yacht than auction house, their pop up model travels in style. Working along side galleries, exhibition spaces and other Arts institutions, ETRUSCA is tying together the high street shopper and the high end art collector (and providing champagne to every one of them!).

Working on a pop up basis, they come in to an existing gallery space, transforming it for a week in to a high end Jewellery, Silver and Interiors show room. Then fill it to the brim with rare, designer, antique and unusual items all available to buy at auction price. The beautiful pieces from brands such as Tiffany, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Grima and Bulgari are shown to full advantage amongst paintings by contemporary artists.

Situated this month in the Kings Road’s very own Signet Gallery (378 Kings road), and only a few doors down from Bluebird Cafe, we suggest popping in for a glass of champagne and a look around while you can! Viewing will be available Friday 21st-Wednesday 26th with the auction at 5pm on the final day. Absentee, telephone and online bids are available for those who can’t make the auction itself, and private sales are available on some lots.
