John D Wood & Co. completes merger with Faron Sutaria



John D Wood & Co., has completed its merger with Faron Sutaria, the London estate agency established over 40 years ago in Notting Hill.  The merger of these two highly regarded property businesses, announced in August 2016, expands John D Wood & Co.’s London network of offices by a third.

The merger with Faron Sutaria has allowed John D Wood & Co. to expanded its coverage of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea with additional branches in South Kensington, Sloane Square and Earls Court as well as increasing its team in Notting Hill, Fulham with an additional office in Fulham Broadway, Shepherd’s Bush, and Chiswick. It has also reached out to north London, with a new Islington office.

Last summer John D Wood & Co. also announced the strengthening of its relationships with six other associated companies; Alan de Maid, Hetheringtons, Vanet, Fitz-Gibbon, APW Lettings and CHK Mountford, all of which are now part of John D Wood & Co. As a larger company, it now has over 40 sales and lettings offices London and the country, over 120 associated offices across the South of England and 7,000 affiliated partners across the world.
