Pupils Don Festive Jumpers in Charity Fund-raising Drive

Inspiring Portland Place School pupils and staff recently sported their favourite Christmas jumpers accompanied by their most comfortable slippers to raise funds for two national charities – Save the Children and Shelter.

This festive themed activity rounded off a host of seasonal activities which included the school’s annual Christmas show, showcasing their best in musical talent with Year 6 pupils playing instruments alongside Year 13 children to entertain parents, teaching staff and fellow pupils.

Headmaster at Portland Place School, David Hyman said: “It was highly impressive to see our pupils and staff pulling out all the stops this year in the school’s Christmas charity drive. The school was awash with colour as Rudolph, Santa and robin designs took pride of place in our classrooms across the day.”

Portland Place School is a leading independent co-educational school for children aged 9-18, located directly in the heart of the City of Westminster.
