London’s largest free summer festival is aiming to help get Londoners fit and healthy with a range of unique activities ranging from Disco Yoga to the Cuban-esque Havana Londres.
The London Bridge City Summer Festival will play host to a selection of fantastic free fitness events this summer at its beautiful riverside location – presenting Londoners with the perfect opportunity to hone those beach-bods in the city sunshine.
The calendar of events offers a flavour of the most progressive (and often wacky!) fitness activities on offer in the UK.

Don your spandex and pile on the glitter, it’s the most glamorous and fun way to bend and stretch. Blissful, energising sequences to a glorious mix of disco favourites like Diana Ross, Chic and The Jackson Five will rejuvenate your mind, body and soul, and have you ready for whatever lays ahead!
REGGAE AEROBICS on June 19 & July 3, 17

The class previously featured at Bestival, Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival, BoomTown and The Madness Weekender to name a few.
HAVANA LONDRES on July 23
