Jaguar and MG to headline at the London Motor Show

A one-off Jaguar F-Pace and an all new MG model will both be among the stars at the London Motor Show in Battersea Park this month. Between them, these cars help solidify Britain’s place as a car producing nation.

The Jaguar will be celebrating the model’s double win at the World Car of the Year Awards, a first for a British car. The new SUV won both World Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year, beating cars like the Alfa Romeo Stelvio.

Little is known about the new MG however, other than it will be an all new model. The current range includes a hatchback and a compact SUV so it is possible that this new car will not be too different. There have recently been rumours that the company is working on a new sports car, as a successor to the MG TF but the company has so fair said little about it.

The Jaguar and MG will be among over 150 cars on display in Battersea Park. The London Motor Show will open its doors on Thursday the 4th of May.
