Dereck Chisora throws table at Dillian Whyte during heavyweight press confe
During an interview, the two boxers who are set to meet on Saturday for the world champion heavyweight title, exchanged a heated argument as they insulted one another and continuously swore.
Chisora ultimately lost his temper and banged his fist on the table then flipped the table in the direction of Whyte and his manager Mark Tibbs, Whytes manager threw an object back at Chisora, before being removed by security. This set off a spark of reactions through the conference room, creating a wave of anger through both teams and security.
The two boxers had previously clashed on a Sky sports interview ahead of the fight.
Both fighters are set to weigh in separately before the match.
In 2015 a similar event occurred when, during a press conference after his 12 points round decision loss to Vitali Klitschko, Derek Chisora lost his temper in an argument with champion boxer David Haye. They continuously threw insults at each other before Chisora said “say it to my face,” and went to confront Haye. This then led to a fight breaking out, Chisora and Haye were separated and Chisora was removed.
