The International Women’s Forum’s 25th anniversary

The International Women’s Forum (IWF) UK, a social forum and network for women of diverse achievements and interests, will reach the end of its 25 year anniversary come May 27th. To celebrate the Chelsea gallery, on Kings Road, are running an exhibition featuring portraits of 16 of the IWF founders and chairs.

The portraits have been created by artists in the Lots Group Road – a group of artists who all studied at the Heatherley School of Fine Art. Together they have captured in oils, acrylics, pastel and print, 16 women who helped contribute to the growth of the International Women’s forum over its 25 years.

The IWF offers seminars, events, and a forum to exchange ideas and experiences with friends. Stating, “Through the influence of individual members, IWF UK seeks to open doors, raise awareness of important issues and create role models for the leaders of the future.”

Membership of IWF UK is by invitation only, prospective members are nominated by existing members and are there to support women in a leadership role.
